Image Guideline for the Perfect Pet Portrait

The quality of your image decides how detailed your portrait will be. Please include the biggest file size possible. 

Remember that we replicate the exact photo that you will provide.

So make sure that the angle works well with your pet portrait, that the fur colour is true to real life, and that you are overall happy with the photo you upload.

Here are the minimum requirements: 

• Face must look at the camera
• Natural lighting
• Avoid shadows
• Head to chest
• Take image from eye-level if possible
• Pets neck/upper chest is present in image
