Refunds
If you are not 100% happy with the artwork proof that is emailed to you after revision, we can send through a full refund. However, once the artwork is approved and printed, we cannot provide a refund. We also can't provide refunds for gift vouchers. Refunds do not apply if a customer simply changes their mind about a product.
Revision
We understand that sometimes you may have something specific in mind as well as expectations that we may not always meet. Thus, we offer TWO revisions for free.
Returns
Due to the customised nature of all of the products we produce at Pawtrait Studio & Prints, we cannot offer returns. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send us a message info@pawtraitstudio.com.au
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pawtrait Studio will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If it's clear your shipment wasn't delivered to you, we will reproduce your order and ship it again.
